Schmitz Custom Meats started with a simple idea: provide honest work and the kind of small-town service where customers feel like family.
At the heart of it all is Steven Schmitz - a lifelong hard worker with 19+ years of experience in the meat cutting industry. Steven has always believed in doing things right and taking pride in the work you put your name on. Alongside his wife, Theresa, and their 2 children, Steven is proud to see that passion grow into Schmitz Custom Meats.
Steven's brother, Adam Schmitz, is also a big part of the business as the General Manager. Adam and his family are right alongside us helping make Schmitz Custom Meats what it is today. Together, our families bring different strengths, plenty of hard work, and a shared passion for providing quality meat and great service to our community.
Schmitz Custom Meats is more than just a place to buy or process meat. It's a family-run business where hard work, faith, family, and small-town values are at the center of everything we do.
